I've experienced losing all things slowly as if you were stabbed in the chest and letting your blood flow through your feet until you lose all of it. Imagine that you were living in a fantasy land where all you want is within you reach, then suddenly, there's this virus which corrupts your fantasy land every day and will stop only if you have nothing more to lose. Then one day the virus was gone and so is everything. Isn't it so depressing for someone who thought that everything was going smoothly. Well honestly, I never saw it coming. To tell you the truth, I've experienced it 3 times in my lifetime. It's like every time you are trying to get up, there's this something that will surely bring you down when you are having a very good plan for your future. I've experienced the ups and downs of life. I almost went nuts because of those experiences, and hatred began to swallow me, then thoughts of supreme brutality stormed my head, then I found myself killing insects, rats, and frogs... slowly... It came to a point where my mother noticed me that I am talking to myself. I also dreamt of my other self. I know it was my other self because he looks like me except for the long curly hair, and the very unruly beard. He has flames all around him and I think, in that dream, he was trying to take over. But unfortunately, I am much stronger than him (my other self). Right now, I am with my girl who happened to be helping me to recover. I am much better than before. I can now control every situation. Though I'm not fully recovered, but I'm trying my best to control everything, especially myself... For short, my most unpleasant experience was my very own existence. All I can say is, life is all about making and taking the right choices and actions. Your life depends on how well you planned for every move you will take, just like playing chess; you MUST be the one who dictates what's going to happen next. I've learned so many things starting from recovery, to handling every situation, and even on how to face all my fears. I still don't know where I'm headed but one thing is for sure... I'll see to it that I'll never fall again... posted by Chev @ 10:19 PM 0 comments
I've been thinking about this so many times, and I ended up with "could be possible". Since there was still no exact explanation about the thing most of us call "ghosts", I will add this theory of mine to the list of those so-called theories. I will start up with this--what do you call something that appeared out of nowhere and was going somewhere that is inaccessible? How about the thing that you've seen floating and not moving a leg but are moving? Ghost? Illusion? How about the cold sensation you're feeling when this thing appeared? Illusion? Trick?
Come to think of it, why do we say that--"yeah, there's a ghost in that particular place, because someone died on that spot". I think, those "thing" we refer to as ghost was the supernatural ability of the human mind to express its bearer's feeling/s during that time, or can be accessed only when someone is actually dying. It can also be a representation of what he was doing that time, what kind of fear he was feeling that moment. Just like a hologram of what happened that time. Most of the people who have activated their "third sense" always see ghost around them and or more of them at night where there was peace and somewhat there is fewer disturbances from anything there is when daytime. Maybe it depends on how powerful the energy concentration of the person who was dying which makes it appears even in daytime. Maybe that's where the common saying "You're the one who is making your own ghost" came from. Who knows? posted by Chev @ 7:45 AM 0 comments
Why is someone more intelligent than others?
I think the question can also be answered this way--those people which we call "gifted" have a better control of their brain. Just like twitching an ear, some people can't perform it but some can. Can you call it a "gift"? How about those who can write with both hands perfectly as if it was mirrored, "gift"? Yeah, you can put it that way. But would it be better if you can do it also? Just like those philosophers always say that "practice makes perfect", you can also do it if you wishes because, nothing's impossible! I think one can improve his skill if he also knows what part of the brain is functioning if when he is moving, just like in walking, you should know first if your feet will move accordingly. How does this differ from the idea that--one should know the particular part responsible for the action that he want to do? Just like the notion that "practice makes perfect". If you practice your body, your body will improve. So why not practice your brain too? Just like those people who perform extremely painful things, they tell everybody that they always put it in this way--mind over pain. And those people who have the perfect photographic memory, I think that they do know what part of their brain should be used. And they practice that skill because they want to improve the skill.Sounds stupid but, who knows, maybe it's the secret... posted by Chev @ 7:39 AM 0 comments |
